Activation process

1. 01
   Sign in or create an account

   Use one ZamaCard account for membership, card, wallet, and learning.

2. 02
   Enter your card details

   Provide the inventory serial, the 16-digit number on the card face, and the activation code.

3. 03
   Verify the card

   We match serial + card number + code to an authorised batch before linking it to you.

4. 04
   Admin activation

   ZamaCard admin confirms the match with your membership and activates the card.

5. 05
   Open your member space

   View the digital front and back of your card, freeze it, or report lost or stolen.
